The Nourished Woman is a 3-month online experience for a small group of women who feel called to explore a more personal, compassionate relationship with food, body, and nourishment.

This space is for those who are tired of feeling pulled by food rules, body pressure, and the constant noise around what it means to be “healthy” — and who are longing to find a way of nourishing themselves that feels more easeful, more authentic, and more their own.

Across six bi-weekly sessions, we will step by step craft your unique food and body philosophy.

A warm, supportive space

My intention is for this to be a warm, supportive space.

A place to pause.
To come back to yourself.
To untangle what no longer feels true.

This is not about following another set of rules or trying to “get it right.” It is an invitation to soften the pressure, listen inward, and build a relationship with food, body, and nourishment that feels more trusting, more compassionate, and more your own.

Over the 3 months, we will explore

  • The food and body rules that may have shaped your relationship with nourishment.

  • How to listen more closely to your body’s wisdom and signals.

  • Emotional hunger, familiar food patterns, and the deeper needs that may sit beneath.

  • Nourishment beyond the plate, and the wider parts of life that influence how we care for ourselves.

  • Body change and creating a more compassionate relationship with your body

  • Your own personal philosophy of nourishment to carry forward beyond the programme

The Nourished Woman includes :

  • Six bi-weekly 90-minute live online sessions

  • A small, supportive group of approximately 6 women

  • Gentle reflections, guided exercises, and meaningful conversation throughout

  • A companion Nourishing Truth: Guiding Principles PDF to support the journey

  • A recipe e-book created by Clara of nourishing recipes to support your journey

  • Space to begin creating your own personal way of nourishing yourself

1. What if I can’t attend a call? Sessions will be recorded and shared with participants afterwards, so you can revisit the material or catch up if you are unexpectedly unable to attend a live call. As this is a live, intimate group experience, attending each session where possible is encouraged.
