  • Format: Live on Zoom

  • Group size: Limited to ~10 women to keep the space intimate and supportive

My work is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and a holistic understanding of nourishment that goes far beyond what’s on the plate. I believe health is not something to control or perfect, but a relationship we nurture over time. This space has been created with care, softness, and respect for where you are right now.
